Spring Into Balance is a 90-minute wellness workshop designed to help older adults improve balance, build strength, and move with more confidence — just in time for the active spring season. As the weather warms up, many of us head outdoors more often, whether for walking, gardening or errands. This workshop helps you prepare your body for those everyday movements with practical strategies and gentle exercises.
This interactive session includes:
-A simple explanation of why balance changes with age — and how to improve it
-Functional, easy-to-follow exercises (both seated and standing options)
-Posture and movement tips tailored to everyday life
-A printable movement tracker and take-home handout to support continued progress
Leave feeling stronger, safer, and more confident — ready to enjoy all that spring has to offer with more energy and ease.
What participants should bring: A pen and paper for notes

Roxie Perregaux started her business 30 years ago. She is a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist and Caregiver Advocate.
She helps people, especially Seniors, improve their health physically, nutritionally, emotionally and mentally. This is done through Training, Coaching, Talks, Workshops and Classes.
